RESIN BOND DIAMONDS

Typically Resin bond diamond tooling is used following the initial grind with your Metal Bond diamonds.
- Made with a mix of metal and resin
- The higher the grit the higher the shine it will provide
- As you progress, step by step a shine will begin and continue to give you a flatter floor
- Used mostly for medium to fine grinding applications. They typically range from a 50 to a 3000 Grit finish.

As your machine works the Resin works to rub into all the pores of the concrete to help create the mirror / glass finish across your floor. By following the resins step by step you will achieve the perfect mirror finish - that every polisher strives to achieve.

HIGH GLOSS RESIN BOND DIAMONDS

High Gloss Diamond Polishing Pads for concrete floors can bring the highest gloss on concrete or terrazzo floors. 

The design of these pads ensures the highest possible sqm coverage with one set and delivers an aggressive yet smooth floor cut.

Available in 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 and 300 grit.

Hybrid Diamonds are the latest diamond technology that incorporates resin, ceramic and copper all into one pad. These are more aggressive than a traditional resin and will remove the scratches left by the metals much easier. They typically also last 20% longer than your normal resins.

CERAMIC RESINS

Work well on hard, medium and soft concrete. Great for using to get a superior shine in fewer steps. Developed to be used as a transition from the metal bond diamond grinding to the resin bond stages. Can only be used on the stand up grinding machines

WOOL FELT

Ideal system for polishing terrazzo and soft marble floors for use on a stand up grinder. Natural wool backing which offers excellent polishing and scrubbing performance. High concentration of diamonds in the pad meaning outstanding results and long life. Spiral movement of resin guaranteeing clean contact between the diamonds and the floor.
Available in 220, 400, 800, 1800, 3500 and 8500.

TRIANGLE RESINS

Ensures your corners finish up as well as your main floor area.  Gets you right into the edges. Doesn't leave burn marks on the stone. Available in a set from 50 120 200 400 in Electroplated Diamond pads.

 RESIN PAD HOLDERS

Most resin pad holders should look like one of these with a metal backing or cushion back. Because of the extra flexibility in the cushion backed resin holders they tend to give a better end result than the metal backed holders. They also will work a lot better on a floor that is not perfectly flat.
