No two concrete floors are the same and each one requires a different level of preparation. In some cases where you have adhesives, glues or coatings of up to 2-3mm thick a different diamond will be required to an application where you may need to grind off a waterproofing membrane, epoxy coating, flake flooring, spray pave or covercrete type product from an external driveway or pool surrounds. 

On the commercial scale, largely diamonds including the PCD Stripper, Rhino or Speed shoes have been designed to make these removal projects faster.
