A must have for all but the smallest handheld tools. By running a smaller than 2.5mm core lead (A Hardware store Heavy Duty Lead is 1.5mm) you shorten the life of your tools, significantly so when it comes to stand up Grinders and larger single phase vacuums. Quite often, you will also void the warranty on tools by not running with an adequate sized lead.
