TRANSITIONAL RESIN PAD (CERAMIC)

Designed as a ceramic diamond grinding process to follow the metal bond process. The result of this diamond is a superior floor with reduced steps. Long life (10,000 - 15,000ft2). Can be used wet or dry through 400 grit. 800 and 1500 dry grinding only. Can be run on small to medium planetary machines.

Made with a ceramic bond matrix that holds the diamond particles together, the Ceramic Transitional Bond Resin Pads last longer and are more efficient than resin-bonded pads. They not only offer a consistent scratch pattern but remove difficult metal scratches in 75% less time (one or two passes versus five or six) and let you cut the last metal step traditionally required.
