PyraSeal Satin is a versatile penetrating sealer made from an alkali-stable siloxane resin in an acrylic solution. When applied at the recommended rates, it provides a satin finish that enhances the natural colours of stone or concrete surfaces. Suitable for porous natural stone and concrete, it’s ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Like all sealers, the key to achieving a consistent finish is ensuring the surface is dense enough so the sealer forms a thin film rather than being absorbed into the slab.

• For concrete with a compressive strength below 32 MPa, we recommend applying a coat of PyraHard Potassium or C2 Hard Blend densifier first. This helps the sealer build a thin, even film rather than disappearing into the slab.
• PyraSeal Satin is supplied ready to use, however it can be diluted with Xylene for tighter surfaces, spill clean-up, or to extend working time in direct sunlight (around 20% Xylene).
• Always apply in a well-ventilated area, following safety instructions.
• Typical coverage rate is 2-4m2 per litre however this will vary with concrete quality and porosity. On polished surfaces, coverage may be higher than coverage rate specified.
• The sealer can also be buffed with a white polishing pad to achieve a glossy finish. White Pad C2 510mm (20'') for dry polishing with C2 Ultra Seal. – All Preparation Equipment
